You may sometimes get this error when trying to roll out the client package.
The first thing to try is a PC reboot, as the error is Windows related: Check this link
If the reboot does not work, make sure you have dotnetfx installed.
Failing that try run the client installer locally.
If that does not work, crying is your only option 🙂
